Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Portzone Co., Ltd. ("we") handles consultation-form submissions and optional website analytics, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Who handles your data
Your consultation data is collected and used by Portzone Co., Ltd., the operator of this website and a registered facilitator of medical services for foreign patients (registration no. A-2026-01-01-07030).

2. What we collect
Through the consultation form we collect only what you enter: your name, the reply channel you choose (WhatsApp, LINE or email) and your contact on it (a WhatsApp number with its country code, a LINE ID or an email address), a backup email address if you choose to give one, and the content of your inquiry, including any treatment you say you are interested in.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, passport numbers, identification numbers, payment details, or medical records through this form.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to handle and reply to your consultation request, and to connect you with our partner medical institution so that your inquiry can be answered by medical staff.
We do not use your consultation data for any other purpose without obtaining your separate consent first.
4. How long we keep it
We destroy your consultation data without delay once the consultation has concluded and the purpose above has been fulfilled, unless a law requires us to retain it for longer.
Electronic files are deleted by a method that makes them unrecoverable.
5. Sharing with our partner clinic
We provide your name, contact and inquiry content to our partner medical institution, Beauty Story Clinic (예쁜얼굴의원), for the sole purpose of handling your consultation.
The recipient keeps the data only for as long as is needed to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your data or provide it to any other third party for marketing.
6. Transfer outside your country
Consultation submissions use Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for website delivery and server processing. These providers may process submitted information outside your country of residence.
Optional website analytics are handled separately by the services in section 8 after your permission. Consultation answers and contact details are not sent through those analytics event paths. Each provider publishes its own policies and service terms.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask us to let you access your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it.
Send your request to sales@portzone.co.kr. We act on it without delay, and we may first check that the request comes from you. Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. Optional analytics and browser storage
In regions where prior consent is required by law (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), and whenever we cannot determine your region, optional analytics stay off until you agree. In other regions they start when the page opens, and you can switch them off at any time in Privacy settings. Advertising measurement stays off until you agree. Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and Mediport help us understand visits and interactions. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, can replay masked interactions. Yandex session replay and form analysis are off.
Mediport records page visits and consultation or messenger button clicks while website analytics is on. These events may include the clinic identifier, page path, website language, selected contact channel, a random session identifier, referring website domain and campaign tags when available. This analytics path does not send consultation answers or contact details.
These services may use cookies or browser storage. Your analytics and advertising choices are separate. Your choice is saved for 180 days and can be changed in Privacy settings at the bottom of the page. A choice you make yourself stays in effect: turning optional analytics off is not reversed automatically. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from using the website or consultation form.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
