Your consultation data is collected and used by Portzone Co., Ltd., the operator of this website and a registered facilitator of medical services for foreign patients (registration no. A-2026-01-01-07030).

Through the consultation form we collect only what you enter: your name, your contact (an email address or a messenger ID), and the content of your inquiry, including any treatment you say you are interested in.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, passport numbers, identification numbers, payment details, or medical records through this form.

We use your data to handle and reply to your consultation request, and to connect you with our partner medical institution so that your inquiry can be answered by medical staff.

We do not use your consultation data for any other purpose without obtaining your separate consent first.

We destroy your consultation data without delay once the consultation has concluded and the purpose above has been fulfilled, unless a law requires us to retain it for longer.

Electronic files are deleted by a method that makes them unrecoverable.

We provide your name, contact and inquiry content to our partner medical institution, Beauty Story Clinic (예쁜얼굴의원), for the sole purpose of handling your consultation.

The recipient keeps the data only for as long as is needed to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your data or provide it to any other third party for marketing.

This website runs on infrastructure operated by providers outside your country of residence. Your consultation data may therefore be stored or processed abroad by: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting and delivery), and Google (website analytics).

These providers process the data only to run the service on our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

You may at any time ask us to let you access your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it.

Send your request to sales@portzone.co.kr. We act on it without delay, and we may first check that the request comes from you. Withdrawing your consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. It sets cookies that record usage in aggregate and does not identify you by name.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website remains usable.

If we change this policy, we post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
